Christine Hamilton is the Past Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Beazer Homes (BZH:NYSE), Northern California Division. During her tenure as Sales Manager to Vice President, she lead the sales and marketing team to exceed sales and closing expectations by 41%, reduce net cancellation rate to 29%, increase lead capture to 13.9%, increase broker coop to 60%, 63% units under construction sold, 3% standing inventory and double prospect/customer experience indices (PEI/CEI) to 37/52. Prior to executive management, Christine was consistently Beazer's top selling New Home Sales Consultant and served as a Beazer Mortgage Loan Counselor.
Christine Hamilton is a three-time winner of Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence (MAME) Salesperson of the Year in the Sacramento area and won Rookie of the Year her first year in the business. Hamilton was awarded the (NAHB) Silver Award for National Salesperson of the Year for the California/Nevada Regions. Later she was awarded the NAHB Gold Award for BEST NEW HOMES SALESPERSON IN THE NATION.
During her career in the Building Industry, Hamilton volunteered as a member and chairperson of the Building Industry Association (BIA) Fundraising Committee for HomeAid, a charity that helps provided shelters for people who are temporarily homeless. Additionally, Christine served as a Director of the BIA Sales and Marketing Council. Through her dedication to continuing education, Christine earned the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) designations of Certified New Homes Sales Professional and Certified Marketing Professional (CSP, CMP).
Prior to Home Building, Christine held various other sales and marketing positions representing Re/Max Professionals, Canon USA, UC Berkeley International Education, Volkswagon USA, New Derm Laboratories and Swiss Colony. She has 27 years sales and marketing experience.
Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Social Sciences with an emphasis in International Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley. Christine completed a year-long exchange program to Brazil and intensive language studies in France. She is fluent in Portuguese, proficient in French and speaks some Spanish. Most recently, Hamilton earned a PhD in Leadership from Klemmer & Associates. She is an avid international traveler, Certified Yoga instructor, artist and mother.
